Last month was an exciting month for Xomnia, as we experienced a lot of 'firsts'. Here are some of the new things happening at Xomnia:
We organized our first event together with Vancis on our joint Living Data Lab infrastructure (Hadoop + Radoop + RapidMiner) at SURFsara.

- Xomnia goes international! We got our first foreign customer in the Belgian insurance giant AG Insurance.
- We organized our first advisory board meeting. In an intensive and memorable session, we discussed Xomnia's focus for the coming months and years.
- Kabira Bouamrani and Frederieke van der List both finished their (MSc) graduation project at Xomnia. Kabira built a customer profiling model, while Frederieke built a hybrid product recommendation tool. And yes, these are the first graduation projects at Xomnia. Well done, girls!
